一刀両断 プライバシーポリシー

一刀両断には、Web 版と iOS アプリがあります。どちらもアカウントの作成やログインはなく、氏名やメールアドレスを入力する場面もありません。

Web 版（kutohana.com）

iOS アプリ：記録の保存

プレイの記録は、端末の中と、お使いの iCloud（Apple のサービス）に保存します。kutohanaがこの内容を見ることはできません。アプリを削除しても iCloud の控えは残り、同じ Apple ID で入れ直すと戻ります。「？」の「設定」にある「記録を消す」で、端末と iCloud の記録を消せます。

iOS アプリ：広告

画面の上部（バナー）と、「？」の中の「動画を見て応援する」で Google AdMob の広告を表示します。操作の途中に割り込む全画面の広告はありません。広告は個人に合わせない設定（非パーソナライズ広告）で配信し、他社のアプリやサイトをまたいだ追跡の許可（App Tracking Transparency）は求めません。広告の配信と不正防止のため、AdMob は端末の識別子、おおよその位置（IP アドレスから推定）、広告の表示・操作の情報、診断情報を扱うことがあります。詳しくは Google のポリシーをご覧ください：https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

iOS アプリ：App 内課金

「広告を消す」の購入は、Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。お支払いの情報をアプリが受け取ることはありません。購入済みかどうかは、端末と App Store の間で確認します。

全国の記録

「全国」の記録（今日の分布、やり直された漢字、斬った字の数の順位）のために、次の情報をkutohanaのサーバー（Cloudflare）へ送ります：端末で作った乱数のID、斬った字、日付、斬り精度、何太刀目か、斬った字の数、ご自身で選んだ漢字2字の名前。氏名・メールアドレス・端末の識別子などは送りません。名前を付けると、全国の順位にその名前と斬った字の数が表示されます。
初期設定ではオンです。「？」の「設定」にある「全国の記録に参加」をオフにすると、それ以降は送りません。
IP アドレスは、連続送信や不正な集計・通報を防ぐためだけに、日ごとに変わる鍵で変換した値を最大2日保存します（元の IP アドレスは保存しません）。
端末ごとの日ごとの記録は、2日で消します。分布や字ごとの回数は、誰の記録か分からない数として残します。乱数のID、名前、斬った字とその数は、削除をご依頼いただくまで保存します。削除は、名前（漢字2字）を添えて連絡先へご依頼ください。

Web 版：記録の控え（引き継ぎ）

Web 版で全国の記録に参加している間は、記録の控え（プレイの記録と、ご自身で選んだ漢字2字の名前）をkutohanaのサーバーに保存し、別のブラウザへ移すときに使います。控えは最後の更新から400日で消します。
X や LINE などのアプリの中のブラウザから Safari などへ移すときは、一度だけ使える合言葉を URL に付けます。合言葉は30分で使えなくなります。

共有

「Xで投稿」や「共有する」を押したときにだけ、選んだアプリ（X、メッセージなど）に結果の文章や画像を渡します。

お子さまの利用

お子さまも遊べる内容ですが、氏名や連絡先などをお子さまから集めることはありません。iOS アプリの広告は、全年齢向けのものに限っています。

運営者

kutohana（くとはな）は、個人で運営しています。iOS アプリでは、App Store の「販売元」に表示される個人が運営者です。運営者の氏名・住所は、ご請求があれば遅滞なくお知らせします。

お問い合わせで受け取る情報

メールでお問い合わせいただくと、メールアドレス、お名前（書かれていれば）、本文を受け取ります。これらは、お問い合わせへの回答と不具合の調査のためだけに使い、法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に渡しません。メールは Google のメールサービス（米国などにあるサーバー）で保管し、そのアカウントは二段階認証で守ります。ご自身の情報の開示・訂正・削除・利用停止のご請求や、苦情・ご相談は、上の連絡先へお送りください。

Ittou Ryoudan Privacy Policy

Ittou Ryoudan has a web version and an iOS app. Neither has accounts or logins, and neither asks you to enter your name or email address.

Web version (kutohana.com)

iOS app: records

Play records are stored on your device and in your own iCloud (an Apple service). We cannot see them. The iCloud copy remains if you delete the app, and comes back when you reinstall it with the same Apple ID. "記録を消す" (Delete records) in Settings deletes the records on the device and in iCloud.

iOS app: ads

Google AdMob shows a banner at the top of the screen and an optional "動画を見て応援する" (watch a video to support) item in the "？" menu. There are no full-screen ads that interrupt play. Ads are non-personalized, and the app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. To serve ads and prevent fraud, AdMob may process a device identifier, approximate location derived from your IP address, ad interaction data and diagnostics. iOS app: in-app purchase

"広告を消す" (Remove ads) is purchased through Apple's App Store. The app never receives your payment details. Whether you have bought it is checked between your device and the App Store.

National stats

For the national stats (today's distribution, the most-retried kanji and the ranking by number of characters cut), the following is sent to our server (Cloudflare): a random ID generated on your device, the characters you cut, dates, precision, cut number, the number of characters you have cut, and a two-kanji display name you choose. No names, emails or device identifiers are sent. If you set a display name, it is shown in the national ranking with the number of characters you have cut.
This is on by default. Turn off "全国の記録に参加" (Join national stats) under "設定" (Settings) in the "？" menu, and nothing more is sent.
IP addresses are kept only as a salted, daily-rotating hash to limit repeated sending and abuse of the stats and reports, for at most two days. Raw IP addresses are never stored.
Per-device daily records are deleted after two days. The distribution and per-kanji counts are kept as numbers that cannot be traced to anyone. The random ID, your name, and the characters you have cut and their number are kept until you ask us to delete them. To ask, write to the contact address with your two-kanji name.

Web version: backup and transfer

While you take part in national stats on the web, a backup of your records (and your chosen two-kanji name) is stored on our server so you can move to another browser. It is deleted 400 days after the last update.
When you move from a browser inside an app such as X or LINE to Safari or another browser, a one-time code is added to the URL. The code stops working after 30 minutes.

Sharing

The result text and image are handed to the app you choose (such as X or Messages) only when you tap "Xで投稿" (Post to X) or "共有する" (Share).

Children

Children can play, but we do not collect names, contact details or other information from them. Ads in the iOS app are limited to content suitable for all ages.

kutohana is run by an individual. For the iOS app, this is the individual shown as the seller on the App Store. We will give the operator's name and address without delay on request.

Inquiries

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name (if you include it) and your message. We use them only to answer you and to look into problems, and we do not give them to third parties unless the law requires it. Mail is kept on Google's mail service (servers in the United States and other countries), in an account we protect with 2-step verification. To ask for disclosure, correction, deletion or suspension of use of your information, or to make a complaint, write to the contact above.
